Please help Mrs. exogenous identify these short leather boots decorated with an embroidered tree.
They seem to have a small green tag, but I don't think they're by Sanuk (could be wrong though). Seen on the Washington DC Metro.

Naturalista boots are sold around in town, and I know they are sold at Amano in Takoma Park, but I have no idea if they have that model. (Mrs. OmieWise also likes them.)
