Question: You think you deleted me, but no

Dropbox weirdness. Any ideas?

I edited a Word document (via Dropbox for Teams) and then copied it to a folder I share with a limited number of colleagues.

When I look at the document on my desktop pc (W7) it's perfect. When I look at it on my iPad, some (but not all) of my deletions are still visible. And the spacing throughout the document is wonky.

My iPad OS and apps are fully updated.

Any help would be much appreciated.

What app are you viewing it on your iPad? Depending on the Word doc I am viewing, they look different in different apps. Some apps do not support viewing "track changes".

(I don't have my iPad at home to tell you which ones I find work better for certain Word Docs than others. Have you tried opening it in either openOffice or Google docs?)

Also, if it is DropBox that is the issue, when you save it, try saving it with a different name so that it eliminates a potential conflict on DB. I might use ImportantMemo.docx then importantmemo v2.docx.

Can you see if it works on another computer with Word? That will help narrow down whether the problem is with DropBox, or with the iPad app.
