How can I make my creepy meat themed Hallowe'en party as weird and fantastic as possible?

I want to throw a suspicious-meat Hallowe'en party! I want to dress up as a smiling, well-coiffed butcher with a gleaming white but blood-spattered apron; ideally my partner would wear formal wear and a macabre pig's head mask. I can imagine leaving blood residue and partial handprints in my sinks and bathtub, a bloody meat grinder attached to my bar, and plastic-wrapped "body parts" in the fridge. I don't know where to get an inexpensive meat hook, but I'd love to hang one in the shower. A lot of my friends are into snout-to-tail eating, so serving an assortment of meats (definitely mini sausages and mini meat pies) and charcuterie would be great. Oh, and a bloody-looking punch! What other food / decorations / costumes / etc. go with a grotesque, sort-of-surreal cannibalesque party? Bonus points for anything that evokes the subtle, playful creepiness of Jeunet and Caro's Delicatessen and Burton's Sweeny Todd rather than blatant gore, but all ideas are welcome!

I'm gonna go ahead and guess that you don't really mean 'as weird as possible', but I will note here that I have been to a halloween party where they dissected a pregnant cat.

I have also hung from hooks, so YMMV.

P.S. Handing out bloody aprons and butcher's hats would go a long way.

Smash raspberries so they break into individual drupelets, and add them to the punch. They'll look like blood clots floating in the bloody punch.

I don't know if you've ever played Psychonauts, for Xbox and PC. It was in one of the humble bundle recently I think... In any case it's a game about battling in people's minds and each mind is a weird world (the teacher who longs for the 70's has a disco/roller rink world, ex-general's mind is a military battleground, etc.). I'll keep it spoiler free, but the final world is a "meat circus" that might give you some ideas.
