Seeking Houston attorney to do a simple will

Looking for someone to do will/spillover trusts in Houston area.

I recently discovered to my chagrin that my parents, who are in their late sixties/early seventies, do not have a will. Or more properly, their will is from before my 35 year old brother was born. They live in the Houston suburbs Clear Lake/League City area. Help!

Ideally, it would be a small firm specializing in wills that does a large volume for a fixed fee rather than a lawyer who does wills one off or an attorney who specializes in wills for regular people.

I am not an expert i this area, but I envision the same set up I have. "Spill-over trusts" so all assets go from one spouse to the other, then to children/charities as they determine. Power of attorney. Living will.

Best answer: We worked with one in Pearland and were very satisfied. It's a small office in East Pearland just off Main Street (35) and Broadway (518). He's close to Clear Lake. I don't know if he does a "large volume" but he offers a fixed fee for regular people. And he's an all-around nice guy.

I know one in the Montrose area who specializes in nothing but trusts. DM me for more details if you'd like.
