can't find this song!!

I'm trying to remember a song. I only know two lines, and it's possible they aren't even right. Here it goes:

Lovin's where its at,
Lovin makes me scat

I believe it is some kind of swing music and it is definitely a duet. Its kind of old sounding, think black and white era.
