I am looking for free dressmaking patterns. Skirts, blouses, pants, tops, etc.

Any suggestions for sites that have downloadable patterns that can be traced and enlarged from A3...?

Showstudio has a lot of free patterns. Like this or this or this or this or this. The patterns are a bit crazy, though.

This is not in English, but it has a ton of stuff. Craft Freebies also has a few things. FreePatterns.com also looks like it might be good, but I can't vouch for it personally. Fitz has retro patterns.

or! Simply use your own skirts and dresses as patterns. I wouldn't try blouses, but I've managed a few dresses and skirts with no pattern, except for clothes that fit me. [To be perfectly honest, patterns scare me. But now that I know of free ones I might check 'em out.] Here's an archived page for a really simple a-line skirt.
