Dental tourism? I want to have several dental implants and bone grafts done in the next year and am willing to travel for excellent dental service. I am looking for truly amazing dental implant experts in Europe and the United States I should be looking at. I am based in England. English recs welcome.

I have a really great dentist that did a dental implant for me a couple of years ago. It wasn't inexpensive, but I can highly recommend him - Dr. Schopp, http://www.atlantadentistry.net/, in Atlanta, GA.

I can't give specific recommendations but you might try an online subscription to Consumer's Checkbook for reviews of dentists in certain major US metropolitan areas.
