Recommendations for psychiatrists specializing in anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues in Boston (Financial District)?

I'm looking for recommendations for psychiatrists who treat anxiety disorders, depression, and self-esteem issues and is open to medications.

I've taken multiple SSRIs before and all they did was numb my emotions further and nothing else. From my own research, I think I'd be a good candidate for MAOIs (nardil, parnate), but many psychiatrists are hesitant to prescribe these medications as a first line of defense.

So, my original question for recommendations for a good psychiatrist still stands, but if you know one who would also be open-minded to MAOIs, that would be even better!

I have HarvardPilgrim insurance but do not want to exclude psychiatrists who do not accept this provider.

George Dominiak is excellent. Compassionate and very deep knowledge of meds, including difficult cases. He is located in Harvard Square, though.

Dr. Michael Johnson at the Harvard Vanguard facility on Milk Street is very well respected in the Boston psychiatric community, and has excellent reviews on vitals.com and Angie's List.
