Does anyone have a copy of the guy breaks up with his girlfriend powerpoint from a year ago?

Has anyone got a backup of the powerpoint the guy (supposedly) used to break up with his girlfriend? It was about a year ago and it was only up for a little while before it was replaced with a pretty nasty picture. This was the link (http://roonweb.com/wtfbreakup_files/frame.htm), but it now returns a 404. I've searched all around and not dug up anyone with a copy yet, I would love to see it again. I remember laughing my ass off the first time.

If you wanna see something really weird, check out the thread I found it in. It appears to have been real and they've identified -- and found pictures of -- the girl involved.
