What is your favorite legendary, hilarious clip?

Every so often (usually at the recommendation of a friend) I'll come across a Youtube video that has acquired legendary comedic status in kind of a niche way, something that people once saw and still talk about, that probably would be impossible to find had video-sharing websites like Youtube not been invented. Some examples include: Casey Kasem Loses It In the Studio, Norm Saves the Interview, Bill O'Reilly Goes Nuts, Patrice O'Neal Changes His Opinion of Face/Off. (In trying to figure out what these share, they are not just funny, they are so funny that people remember them and reference them years later, and it seems like there's often an element of spontaneity/something going awry in a hilarious way involved in the clips themselves.)

What are some other videos that fall in this category?

I've really enjoyed all the links in this post, and realized there's a lack of sports funny. Here's my favorites:

[NSFW - language] Tommy Lasorda takes the Padres to the woodshed.
Allen Iverson has opinions about practice.
Jim Mora doesn't like his team's chances to make the playoffs.
I recently turned 40, and I love to yell, "I'm a MAN! I'm FORTY!"

If you like the Lasorda link, google his rant about Dave Kingman's performance...I couldn't find a worthy clip to link to.
