We would like to find a spot between Port Authority and Penn Station. We'd like a place that's relatively inexpensive and not too noisy. I don't know what kind of food everyone likes, so having several places to choose from would be helpful. <br /><br /> It's possible, but not likely, that we may have a few (2-6) additional visually-impaired folks.
