NYC accessible restaurant suggestions
September 7, 2012 10:39 PM

I am looking for suggestions for a restaurant in midtown Manhattan for a weekday lunch gathering of 3 visually-impaired folks (one with a dog) and another person (me) using a mobility scooter. We would like to find a spot between Port Authority and Penn Station. We'd like a place that's relatively inexpensive and not too noisy. I don't know what kind of food everyone likes, so having several places to choose from would be helpful.

It's possible, but not likely, that we may have a few (2-6) additional visually-impaired folks. Please note in your answer if your suggested place would be able to accommodate a larger group. Thanks for your help!

If I were you I'd post this question on www.chowhound.com on the Manhattan Board. I'm sure they'll have suggestions.
