LA Harbor Filter: Is there an uncomplicated website that will tell me when the Vincent Thomas Bridge will be closed at night?

I have googled this question what feels like 20 different ways, and all I have come up with is 2-10 year old newspaper articles announcing bridge closures.

I have also examined the California Department of Transportation's somewhat overwhelming highway planned roadwork page, the format of which is painful to slog through when I JUST WANT TO KNOW IF THE FRICKEN BRIDGE IS CLOSED on any given night I may be attempting to drive over it.

If anyone could help me out with this I would be very relieved. Thanks.

I don't know for sure, but I think I would start with Sigalert, or Caltrans.
