Can we watch the September 12 iPhone 5 announcement at the Apple Store in Paris, France?

If the event is streamed, can we watch it at the Apple Store in the Carousel du Louvre? We'll be in Paris and could sit in our hotel room and watch it on a computer, but where's the fun in that? Local time for the even to start is 7pm. The Apple Store is open until 8pm. And if they do stream it at the store, would it be in English or French?

It is apparently streamed live only to employees at the Apple Store, but it's unclear at this point if it will be available live streaming online to the public or not. For example, last year's iPhone 4S announcement was not streamed live. The video was made available later that day.
