Continental drift: where are we heading?

During Earth's history the continents have been shuffled around a lot. According to Wikipedia, there have been at least three supercontinents (Rodinia, Pannotia, Pangaea). Will there be another one? Has anyone tried to plot where the continents are going next? Continental shift can change climate (and survivability) drastically: Scandinavia was once tropical.

Dougal Dixon's awesome (and evidently out-of-print) After Man: A Zoology of the Future has some excellent maps of future continental drift along with the awesome animals. Highly recommended.
