Help me ID this vintage Brazilian tropicalia (???) song!

A friend recorded this on Rádio Clube do Pará via shortwave many, many years ago. He's been hanging on to this clip for years and recently shared it with me, so I thought I'd see if any of you folks could help me suss it out. Shazam is unresponsive because the fidelity is so poor and it isn't properly tripping their algorithms. (Also, the station itself has proven unresponsive to e-mail requests.) Thanks!
