Can Quickbooks reports be customized for a 5-4-4 fiscal quarter?

My retail business has non-calendar fiscal months on a 5-4-4, 13 week quarter. How can I assign custom fiscal month dates to Quickbooks to create budgets and reports based on the right periods? Or, what other accounting software handles this well?

I know I can create reports for a single month with custom dates, but I'd like to create reports for the whole year, displayed in monthly columns, and have Quickbooks know that those columns are based on our non-calendar months. The Intuit bulletin board community seems to suggest exporting each month individually and stitching them together, but I'd prefer the database to do the grunt work for me. Ideas?
