Seeking GeekSquad alternatice for business locations.

Need a GeekSquad alternative for business. Must serve all (or most) of Oregon, Washington, and Idaho.

Currently we are using GeekSquad for our remote office IT support. They have to go. We have had numerous complaints by our staff, appointments that were 2 weeks out, unprofessional techs, etc. Problem is finding a company that can cover our geographic area. Do you know of a company that can help us? I am not looking for same day response (Although that would be nice) but a couple days would be preferred. We cannot afford to have an office machine down for 2 weeks as we wait for GS to come out, just to have them cancel the day of.

Back info: We have ~50 offices in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. IT is located in Oregon and we cannot go out and service on site the far sites. We utilize Geek Squad for one off needs.

You're going to need to find companies local to each of your offices, probably. In the Seattle area I can suggest SWAT Systems.
