Need Google+ photogroups help?

Need idiots guide to Google+ photo hosting pages? On holidays with sporadic Internet, so limited ability to google or view instruction videos. Spanish friend asked for help por fa
Friend has created a photo page #(something to do with San Sebastian and Sundays). When friends send her pictures to include on her page of their visits to her town, they appear on her personal +friendofwilder page not on the # whatever age. She can repost them but they show up with her avatar and her name. She can repost them and sometimes they show up with her avatar and their avatar, but she can't seem to get to the place where they get automatically posted to her page. Presumably she has to approve them somehow but doesn't know how. What does she need to do? Any links either in Eng or Spanish welcome, if you have examples of photo groups you belong to that would really help. Thanks Mefites
