Looking for World Wars as movies link

Help me find this World War 2 discussion.

Awhile back, on some website that I can't remember (Reddit? Digg?), there was an awesome discussion on the First and Second World Wars where the wars were described as if they were Hollywood movies. Participants to the discussion would recount actual events, but would frame them as implausible or ingenious plot twists.

Does that ring a bell with anyone?
