Way to see bad ebayers?

Is there a way I can see the people who have the top worst feedback in ebay? The ones with the most bad feedback or worst feedbacK percentage?

There should be.

I've read some hilarious feedback recently. Someone buying Britney Spears perfume - "Received an empty glass bottle in a stinking soaking wet envelope. Avoid." Would be fun to see the worst of the worst.

Ebay recently introduced feedback filtering, so you can view someone's negative/positive/neutral feedback displayed on one page. Not sure if it has been rolled out on eBay US yet, but is live on UK and CA.

Well, I doubt this is a feature eBay would want to provide. And for someone else to determine the very worst feedback, they'd have to spider all the feedback pages, and eBay probably wouldn't allow that either.

The topic of who has the worst feedback comes up regularly in eBay-related forums. The first question in response is: how do you determine it? Worst percentage? Most negatives? Lowest score?

Which of the following is the worst?

Not quite an answer, but the accounts with the worst feedback (ie most all their transactions are fraudulent, thus worst feeback percentage) usually get suspended before they can rake up vast amounts of feedback.

But it would be funny to see accounts that have tons of bad feedback without the account holder doing anything fraudulent.
