Where can I buy cuts of Piedmontese beef in San Francisco?

According to Patricia Unterman's review , El Raigon serves it (and has a direct deal with the rancher in Montana). Maybe they would sell you some?

try calling the Italian consulate in SF -- they should be there for that kind of stuff, too

I second the Golden Gate Meat Co. recommendation.

You might also try talking to the guys at Drewes Brothers on Church Street. They're very accommodating. I don't know about those particular cuts, but they've always gone out of their way when I have special requests.
