What song is featured in this surfing video?

Here's the link to the video. It says the music is credited to a band named Tommy Flame and the Ellipsis but that band seems to have a completely different sound than the song featured in the video.

Please help! Googling the lyrics hasn't achieved anything.

I see you saw that. Have you listened to the ten minute medley they have on their Myspace profile? There's three or four songs in there, and some of the middle stretches have that more laid-back vibe.
