A content filter that warns and reports instead of blocking?

The
Windows Live Family Safety content filter has a neat optional feature: instead of completely blocking a web page that might be inappropriate, it can display a warning that the user can then click through to visit the site if they really need to, and then a notification is sent to the parent or admin that they clicked through the warning to get to the site. Is there a similar system available for Mac OS?
Specifically, I'm looking for something that will initially prevent content inappropriate for a school or work environment from loading, but allow the user to make their own decision to view it if they believe that the filter is blocking materials incorrectly - and then only get notifications as an administrator of what users have gone ahead and loaded despite the warning.
