Documentaries/other media that show logistics of how businesses grow?

Are there any good documentaries, books, or other media that portray the logistics of how businesses go from startup to large company? When I say logistics, I mean everything from finding and leasing real estate to hiring employees to accounting systems to inventory management to computer backup -- all the grittiest of the nitty details of how the large trains are made to run on time, for the first time, by a growing organization? I want to see how the infrastructure is built that makes large organizations work.
