How to ship cheap and reliable to PR?

I need to purchase network cables and other computer cables from a vendor to ship to Puerto Rico from U.S., to arrive at most 1 week from now. Please recommend vendors with decent prices on network cables and the like.

I can recommend monoprice.com for price and service, but I've never shipped anything to Puerto Rico (yet).

Another recommendation, cyberguys.com.

Second monoprice-- hands down the best prices. Stuff goes out of stock, but they're up front about it.

I can recommend Stonewall Cable, especially if you need non-standard lengths or pinouts.

What kind of quality are you looking for? ultra-reliable but expensive? lowest price but not so good? something in between?
