Looking for a game like lordofultima.com, but better

I like Lord of Ultima, but I is not that great a game. I am looking for an online (preferably browser based) world building game with little or no combat. I am not looking for Sim City. Please tell me if you know of any good games.

It's a Facebook game, but CivWorld might hold your interest for a while.
