What's that phenomenon, theory, or "rule" that says that the first so many seconds of an online video are useless, so you may as well not watch them?
I think it was named after the guy who came up with the idea and that there was actually (methinks) a Youtube playback parameter that skipped just the right amount of time.

If you focus on the video (for example, by clicking on it), and then press the 3 key you will skip to 30% through the video.
