Retro pop suggestions?

I'm looking for recommendations of poppy jazz or maybe jazzy pop sort of (kind of) similar to older Hey Ocean! stuff.
I really dig the ultra poppy vocals and the heavily jazz influenced instrumental parts of Hey Ocean's older stuff, but I feel like there's probably someone else out there doing something similar, possibly with a heavier hand on the jazz side of things. Any ideas?

Pink Martini, definitely... though they also delve deeply into latin influences. But they are so fantastic.
Also based on your link, I think you might enjoy Lady Linn, Madeline Peyroux, Duffy, Janelle Monae, Lily Allen ... and maybe even something like Wouter Hamel.

Your Hey Ocean! link doesn't seem at all jazzy to me. Just sounds like airy pop.
How about Tied + Tickled Trio? Or The Bad Plus? Livelier? Puppini Sisters, Squirrel Nut Zippers, Morphine, Marvin Pontiac, Getatchew Mekuria & The Ex, The Budos Band...

Less jazzy, but totally sophisticated and poppy: Sondre Lerche: Heartbeat Radio. Consider Steely Dan, too.
