[business attire filter]: I can't find a business pants/jacket or skirt/jacket combo that fits me. Can you tell me where to look?

In the name of dressing for the job I want, I'm looking for a few pants/jacket and skirt/jacket suits. They don't have to be extremely formal, just neat and sophisticated. It's getting warm so I plan on bare legs, no tights/hose. The problems: I'm (a normal weight) 5'10 so sleeves and pants are often too short. I have a large chest, so most jacket tops I try on don't button, and the trend this year seems to be shorter 1-button jackets that are especially awful for my build. Longer jackets tend to work since they pull attention away from my chest while giving the impression that I have hips. I have none to speak of so most women's pants out there are baggy on the sides. I don't have much of a waist, so low-rise and slightly flared pants work best. Last year I lucked out with Banana Republic's Sloan Fit pants, but this year they're gone. I also found a winter suit by Anne Klein on sale at Bloomingdale's last year which fit me decently, but this year's collection is atrocious and insanely expensive. Where else can I look? What designer's low-mid priced collection might fit me? I lean toward less-conservative/urban chic but beggars can't be choosers...
