Calling all physicians and handwriting experts - what does this say on my mom's death certificate?

Maybe it's irrelevant of what the immediate cause of death was, as a result of her malignant, metastatic melanoma 20+ years ago - but I'm curious.

Keyate failure? Keyatic failure? What in the world does the first line say?
