Quick music ID question: What is the original hip hop track that this beat is from? Also for bonus points, what's the sample from originally?

Oh man, this took me back. It's Redman - Tonight's Da Night.

You can see there are multiple samples used. Probably the one you're looking for (the main sound) is from Isaac Hayes - A few more kisses to go
