Where to buy high collared women's dress shirt?

Help me find a high collar dress shirt for women, like that worn by Glenn Close in Damages?

My mom fell in love with the style of shirt worn by Glenn Close in Damages. She wants one or several. It looks like a simple, high collar oxford dress shirt, but despite my best Googling, I can't seem to find any like it.

Help me!

Close is tiny--I'll bet it's a man's shirt that was tailored for her.

I have something like that, and am pretty crummy help because I bought it over fifteen years ago. Manufacturer = Jack Lipson Studio, for what that's worth (not much unless one is very patient with eBay saved searches)

...but why 'worried that might be the case'? I'd send Mom to the men's section to try on and on until the collar looked just so, and then take it to a tailor to have it cut down. Not exactly Old Navy pricing on that route, but that sort of oh-wow-neat fashion is never cheap (the Lipson shirt was almost $150).
