Bread machine recipes I can eat!

What are your favorite low-cal bread machine recipes?
I have a bread machine. I am counting calories according to my nutritionist's instructions. Bread generally is a lot of calories for a slice, but my boyfriend and I like to make bread. I have a 1-pound bread machine and would like to find some good recipes that I can eat without feeling guilty.
Bonus: all the loaves I've made come out unbaked in the top middle if I don't add about 2 tablespoons of flour. Is this more likely the recipes, or will I have to add flour to all of my recipes? I live in Philly, so it's a pretty moderate climate.

Is there some part of your question missing? Do you mean add more flour? And if not, what are you making bread out of if you're not using flour?
I would recommend getting a really good bread knife so you can cut thinner slices - half the thickness is half the calories.

Dr-Baa posted this recipe a while back and I really liked it. I don't have nutrition information but I'd guess all those nuts and whole grains amps up the "healthy" a bit.
To add to missmagenta's suggestion about the knife - I hated my breadmaker until I got an electric carving knife. That allowed me to get much thinner slices without tearing or crushing the bread. These are two applicances that belong together, I think.

Yes... I meant add in the sense of "in addition to what the recipe calls for."
What makes a good bread knife? I have a long, serrated knife that seems to work really well and I have been getting 12 slices out of a loaf.
