Dog/veterinary filter: What would be the normal size and/or volume of the bladder of a 35-pound, adult, female Wheaten terrier?

Are you asking because the dog seems to be peeing too much, too often, or not enough? Or are you trying to determine how long the dog can go between pee breaks?

Response by poster: I'm asking for a friend. The dog recently had part of her bladder wall removed, and he wants to know how much smaller it is. I didn't ask why.

Normal urine out put in a normal healthy dog who OS adequately hydrated is 0.5ml/kg/hr. So my guess is your friend's dog is around 8ml/hr. Of course this is very variable

Whoops, misunderstood the question! But my guess for total volume of the bladder might be around 18-24ml? Total guess.
