Affordable overnight parking for ACC Tournament near Philips Arena in Atlanta? Looking for something within walking distance of the arena and don't want to pay the $26/night valet charge at my hotel!

Well if you can cancel your hotel you could stay at either of these places on airbnb with parking included. Both look like they're w/in walking distance of the arena (or a very cheap cab ride)

Negotiate with the hotel. I have asked to have the fee waived or reduced and they have done so.

http://www.parkwhiz.com/philips-arena-parking/ shows parking for $11.00 each day, a reserved space, "0.1 mile" away, available at this second.

You can park at certain MARTA stations for $5 a day and then take the train to your hotel. It's a little less convenient than parking nearby, but it might be worth it if you won't need your car while you're there.
