Dermatologist reccomendations in NYC for a young person wanting botox and acne treatments?

I'd love a personal recommendation for a NYC dermatologist who can advise about continued acne (maybe laser treatments, or something else?), and also do some botox. Obviously don't want to just look this up online and come out looking like a robot. I also don't have millions of dollars to spend, so someone who sees their patients (vs an assistant, then charges you for yet another appointment to see the real doctor) would be preferred. Something around $200 per appointment would be perfect.

I used to see Dr. Doris Day on the UES. Yelp reviews are mixed. A lot of people had the same experience I did: She was friendly, attentive, and recommended every day drugstore products as well as prescribing medication for acne. Others have stated that she's overpriced, doesn't spend much time with patients and passes them off to the PA, and pushes her own product line.

Looking around on Yelp tells me that Spring Street Dermatology is VERY highly recommended.

I like Dr. Cybele Fischman (she's downtown in the financial district). http://cybelefishmanmd.com/index.html

I've only seen her for annual skin checks and some minor acne treatment, but she is attentive and willing to discuss various treatments. Her website indicates that she does do Botox. Not sure how her prices compare to others in the city.
