Recording all phone calls.

I want to record incoming and outgoing calls. I am aware of the legal aspects.

I can record incoming calls via google voice so that is good. I have tried a lot of applications for Android and iPhone that say they can record incoming and outgoing calls but I have not found a single one that works yet. (My phones are non rooted).
I would like a cloud based solution ideally that would work with all my phones. Since every call center seems to have this I find it strange its so hard to come by.
I am willing to use twillio, openvbx, freevbx, pay services, really I am just looking for a couple of options.

I would love feedback from someone who has this working :)
but hints, tips, advice are always very welcome.

I don't know the answer to this question, but when I want to record an outgoing call I use my computer and a Skype add-on called Call Recorder. It makes good recordings (you're even able to separate the two voices into different tracks). If someone else knows how to record outgoing calls with a cell phone I am eager to hear it too! :)

Wait! The iPhone app recorder just added this functionality! http://www.recordertheapp.com/

You might also check out Recordia Pro. Looks expensive but versatile.

The challenge with pre-ICS android is that, as a security measure, you cannot record the audio stream from a telephone call so therefore, any recording app is actually recording from the mic, which clearly is less than ideal.

You can record any incoming call on google voice by pressing 4, which is nice. You could set up an asterisk/freePBX etc. setup and do it for all calls, however you'd be best served to visit those communities to look at associated costs, etc.
