Service firm workflow software

Project, workflow, and customer management tools for web design and service firm? I want to manage (many) small web projects through design, approval and launch steps, then have billing attached.

I like Teamwork PM and use it for exactly this. I prefer it to Basecamp. TWPM does basic invoicing and integrates with Harvest and Freshbooks. Basecamp integrates with about a million things for billing.

No billing integration that I know of, but Trello is great. Clean, simple, useful. Our small, global team (software startup) uses it to pretty good effect.
