Canadian weather forecasts?

Looking for a good source for Canadian weather forecasts.

Am looking for a good website with accurate, detailed Canadian weather forecasts. Specifically, I need detail about the wind: direction and speed (preferably in knots) and ideally a summary of how it will change over the day. Enviroment Canada and Yahoo! Weather are okay, but I'm looking for something a little better.

If you want detailed winds aloft information (and I figure you must, because winds at ground level are not useful a kilometre away from where they are measured), you probably want aviation forecasts from NAVCANADA.
