Help me bring out my inner Bart

Please help me find this book. When I was in college, back in '96-'97 someone gave me this book of really terrible puns based on names that you would asked to be paged for comedic effect.

They were all pretty hilariously egregious. The book was organized. by the situation where you might use the joke. The absolutely worst one (on many levels), and my particular favorite, is the only one I can remember. This page was to be used if you were at "A Chinese Rodeo" and the person to page was "Mr. Hat, Mr. Kow Boi Hat". I would love to possess this book again.

Could it have been one of the books from the BBC Radio 4 series, I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue?

The name puns are a regular feature of the show:
In "Uxbridge English Dictionary" the panellists contribute humorous redefinitions of words; "Puny: the Roman Catholic equivalent of tennis elbow". More puns are found in the "Arrivals at the Ball" section, of the form "Mr and Mrs X and their son (or daughter)...." the child's name forming a pun, preferably laboured and feeble. This grew out of the "drama" section of later shows in the I'm Sorry I'll Read That Again series, for example, at the Criminals' Ball, "Mr and Mrs Knee, and their Swedish son, Lars Knee" .
Even if it's not the book, I'm sure you'd love the show!

Yes I know my username is peculiarly apt to put forward this suggestion.
