Pompadours and long toed shoes

Help me remember the name of this eastern European band

Sorry for the lack of details (and some of these might be wrong) but here is what I remember : I believe they were Russian. I think it was a trio. I remember they were on a movie poster with hugely exaggerated pompadours, black suits, and shoes with toes that were really long and pointy. The movie poster is or was at the Georgia State University movie theater, on the ceiling, I think. I know it's not much to go on, but this is driving me mad. Can Ask help me remember them? I keep getting a lot of hits for Red Elvises, but they don't seem to be what I remember.

Perhaps the Red Elvises? They were in a movie called Six-String Samurai.
