DIY Fromage En Paris?

Is there a specialist cheese making shop anywhere in Paris?

I'm looking for french cheese molds, and possibly an electric fromagere, and would like to be steered towards either a specialist cheese equipment supplier, or an extremely comprehensive kitchen supply shop.

Best answer: I don't specifically know about cheese equipment, but a few major kitchen supply shops are Dehillerin, MORA, La Bovida, and A. Simon. These are all conveniently located near one another to the northwest of the old Halles, in typical Parisian fashion (like all the music shops in the quartier de l'Europe, or the African hair salons and hair product stores near Château d'Eau).

David Lebovitz is a food blogger who lives in Paris. Some of his past articles have been about cheese making. You might find some inspiration or practical assistance in there.
