I'm going to raise and sell snakes

This quote is driving me batty, where is it from? "Is this about the snake farm? Because I can explain! I'm going to raise and sell snakes."

Argh, where does this come from? Is it like most quotes bouncing around my head - a half remembered (possibly mangled) quote from The Simpsons? Any ideas? Googling it doesn't show anything.

Season Fourteen (2002-2003)
EABF17, "Moe Baby Blues:" Marge screams after discovering Maggie is missing. Homer asks if she is screaming because she discovered his snake farm, because he can explain: "I am going to farm and sell snakes." Thanks to Andy Maddox for pointing out this episode to me.

Not to be confused with another Simpsons line: "Oh, okay, Marge, I'll get along with them. Then, I will hug some snakes...yes! Then, I will hug and kiss some poisonous snakes. Now, that's sarcasm."
