sea world whales

What would be the best way to kill all Killer Whales at Sea World assuming you have a budget of $2,000 or less?
Note: I am not planning anything like this. It is an academic question.
Other questions:
How long would Sea World would continue to profit from whale exploitation after such an incident?
If this happened more than once, would they give up forever?

How much time do you have to devote to this? For example, you could get a job at the park and discover all sorts of methods generally unknown and inaccessible to the public.

Do you have Sea World's cooperation? That is, is this an ELF-style kill-the-animals-to-save-them scenario, or a Sea-World-committing-insurance-fraud scenario, or what?
