Strip where Dilbert confronts boss; looses chair

I'm looking for a Dilbert strip where Dilbert confronts his boss about the need to quantify every expense in terms of benefits for the company. He claims that it's impossible; he can't quantify the benefit of i.e. his chair. The strip ends with Dilbert losing his office chair, and he thinks something like "This didn't work out the way I planned". Ring any bells? I haven't had any luck with the Dilbert search engine.

I missed it when searching for "chair" too, but there were fewer results for "quantify", so I noticed it that time.
