Shazam says What Can U Do by Yusuf Aslan, but I can't find that online to confirm.

Some of the lyrics are "even if you cry, then I just tell you why" -- it seems that there are other people looking for it, and getting weird suggestions. It seems there's a different version here. It might be a modern library song.
