I am remote control dumb and my 14 month old is not.

I have a Sony RM-VZ320 Universal Remote and I can't seem to remove favorite channels.

My precocious 14 month old somehow managed to set a number of favorite channels using the aforementioned Sony Remote Control. I cannot, for the life of me, find a way to remove said favorites and my googling skills, thus far, have been ineffectual.

All menus and options that I can find via the remote only give me the option to Add the Channel to Favorites, even if I am on the Favorite channel.

Anyone have any ideas before I just reset the dumb thing?

That would depend entirely on whatever it is the Sony RM-VZ320 Universal Remote happens to be controlling, and it'd have nothing to do with the Sony RM-VZ320 Universal Remote itself.

So, what's it controlling?

Response by poster: duh, I guess that would help... It is controlling this.
