Help me move from Picasa to Flickr

How can I migrate my photos from Picasa to Flickr?

I'm using a Mac and would be thrilled to find a free option that preserves metadata and my photo albums.

If you can synchronize from Picasa to iPhoto '11, and then from iPhoto '11 to Flickr, you might be able to preserve albums and some metadata. Plug-ins for connecting to Flickr and Facebook are built into iPhoto '11. Google has their Picasa Mac support listed here. Might be worth investigating.
