What book to buy Ebeneezer Scrooge for Christmas

Book suggestions for Ebeneezer Scrooge.
After reading this question yesterday, and especially the first couple paragraphs of this answer I would like suggestions for two books for an Ebeneezer Scrooge character who is facing a lonely demise.
Book One is for motivation and would be case studies of scams done on old folks, or perhaps a true crime history of a particularly gruesome con man who stole millions from old folks.
Book Two is for process and ideally would be a Nolo guide to everything an old childless orphan should do to lock box up their funds to minimize the possibility of horror. Maybe something a little less focused on money and including information on living wills, don't rescusitate, &c.
